HRIS Associate - People and Culture

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote HRIS Associate, People & Culture to provide administrative and operational support for the organization's HCM platform, with a focus on Performance Management. This role serves as a first point of contact for HRIS support, responding to user inquiries, managing support requests, and ensuring consistent and effective HR system operations.

Summary:
The associate partners closely with HR stakeholders, HRIS team members, and employees to deliver reliable service, maintain system documentation, and support recurring HRIS processes. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, issue tracking and escalation, system maintenance, auditing user access, supporting testing efforts, and assisting with reporting using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.

The role also contributes to documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement of HR technology processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-focused professional who is comfortable supporting HR systems in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred
* Experience working in an administrative, operational, or support oriented role within HR, HRIS, or a professional services environment is a plus
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Comfort with web-based systems
* Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher preferred
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
