DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to establish and lead a new strategic program currently in early discovery. This leader will unify in-flight workstreams, drive communication between technical and business stakeholders, and provide clear visibility to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Stand up and operationalize a new program from the ground up
Organize and consolidate work across multiple teams and functions
Build structured communication channels for engineering, business, and leadership
Provide weekly reporting and visibility support to CIO and ELT teams
Track team member tools initiatives, back-of-house enhancements, and discovery work
Support backlog planning and cross-team alignment
Leverage Jira and program frameworks to track delivery
Required Skills
7-10+ years program or sr project management
Exceptional communication skills with exec-level polish
Ability to navigate, context-switch, and lead across multiple teams
Experience translating technical concepts into business-facing updates
Preferred Skills
Team Member Tools or restaurant systems experience
Jira expertise
Retail/restaurant tech or consumer-facing platform
