Our SAP team helps customers transform their finance operations through SAP S/4HANA implementations, business process optimization, and digital innovation across global environments.

To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Consultant .

Responsibilities


  • Support key phases of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects, including Explore, Realize, and Deploy.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and System Integrators to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops and support the definition of organizational structures, business processes, and governance standards.

  • Review and challenge solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

  • Analyze and validate SAP integrations, interface requirements, business logic, field mappings, transformation rules, and end-to-end process flows.

  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, quality checks, and migration testing.

  • Develop and execute functional test scenarios, integration tests, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

  • Assist business users with test preparation, training activities, and change management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery across finance and operational areas.

  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and project deliverables.


Profile


  • 5+ years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.

  • Experience participating in at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA projects.

  • Strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and cross-functional integration with modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition (preferred).

  • Solid knowledge of SAP data migration methodologies, data governance, data quality, and validation processes.

  • Experience with interface management, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, middleware integrations, and error handling.

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, integration testing, and UAT execution.

  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.

  • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with clients and project teams across North America.
