Description
Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed.
The Product Manager, Digital Product Management is responsible for the continuous improvement and evolution of the digital customer experience focusing on the upper-market segments. This individual will act as a proactive leader, driving collaboration across internal and external teams to design, develop, and execute a roadmap that supports business goals while delivering an exceptional digital experience. The key to this role is to enhance the digital experience for our Secure Networking and Cybersecurity products, ensuring these critical solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
The Product Manager will also assist in the creation and management of the digital product roadmap, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a streamlined end-to-end experience that aligns with business strategy and digital best practices
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and operational excellence

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
