Job Description:
>> Experience leading large global S4HANA business transformation program delivery as a Data Lead with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programsobjectives
>> Experience leading sales opportunities, should have BODS experience
>> Must have previous professional experience with SAP S4HANA with deep knowledge of master data elements in SAP, leading practices on the data migration and data governance approaches, and hands-on experiences working as a team member prior to becoming a lead
>> Experience managing and implementing SAP MDG implementation with hands-on experience establishing a governancemanagement framework for organizations
>> Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP Data approaches and lead workshops with clients and other business process leads
>> Deep understanding of industry specific KPIs and benefits of S4HANA functionality to enable the business
>> Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec
>> Expert level knowledge of SAP data elements (both master and transactional), data structures, industry leading data migration tools, and approaches and understanding of integration amongst various modules
>> Ability to self-direct and mentormanage consulting and client team members
>> Ability to be hands on if required
>> Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives
>> At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
>> At least six (6) years experience in proposal and business case development
>> Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
