Role Overview
We are looking for an Entry Level Programming Analyst who is interested in supporting software development and system improvements. In this role, you will work with the development team to understand requirements, assist in writing and reviewing code, and help maintain existing applications. You will also support testing activities and help troubleshoot basic technical issues. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build their programming skills and gain practical experience working with real projects.
Responsibilities
• Assist the development team in writing and updating code for applications.
• Help review program requirements and understand how the system should function.
• Support testing activities to ensure applications are working properly.
• Identify and report issues or bugs found during testing.
• Help maintain and update existing programs when changes are required.
• Participate in team discussions related to system improvements and development tasks.
• Document basic programming processes and updates.
• Work with other team members to resolve technical issues when needed.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Understanding of basic software development concepts.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail when reviewing code or program functionality.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with databases or web technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new programming tools and technologies.
