precision, quality, and craftsmanship matter. We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who is comfortable working from blueprints, making machine adjustments, and producing high-quality precision parts.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
As a CNC Machinist you will: - Set up and operate CNC mills and other machining equipment, including lathes and grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Adjust tooling, machine controls, and offsets to maintain required dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and gauges to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot machining issues, and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform deburring, cleaning, and preparation of finished parts.
- Complete routine equipment maintenance and required production documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following 5S and safety standards.
This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: - High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection gauges.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, offsets, and machine adjustments.
- Basic shop math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
- A strong commitment to quality and safety.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Experience with GibbsCAM software.
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
