Our West Michigan client has a long term opportunity for a Developer/Analyst to assist with ongoing projects. This is a remote role.

responsibilities:
- Understands customer needs as they conduct research and work with other software developers to produce code to meet system requirements.
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
- Supports and/or installs software applications systems.
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
qualifications:
Experience performing analysis of existing solutions to understand how to satisfy business needs.
Ability to work with independence.
