Role OverviewWe're seeking a
Workday Integrations Consultant to support our client's People Systems function during a period of team transition and growth. This role will serve as an extension of the internal team, providing hands-on technical expertise across a complex Workday integration landscape while partnering closely with non-technical stakeholders.
The consultant will operate independently, own day-to-day integration support, and ensure stability, documentation, and compliance across the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot 50+ Workday integrations, including complex Workday Studio integrations
- Provide hands-on integration support across Workday HCM and related downstream systems
- Manage integration transitions and enhancements, including planning-related system changes
- Ensure integrations are stable, scalable, and well-documented in line with SOX compliance requirements
- Document integration builds, testing, approvals, and change management processes
- Partner closely with People Systems, Payroll, and other non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify issues, communicate risks, and provide clear status updates
- Operate independently with minimal oversight while staying tightly aligned with the broader team
Required Qualifications- Strong experience delivering and supporting Workday integrations
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio
- Experience supporting a high-volume, complex integration environment
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with SOX or regulated environments
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting payroll integrations, including ADP
- Exposure to international payroll environments (US, UK, and additional regions)
- Experience supporting headcount planning or financial planning tool integrations
