ICF is looking for a
Cloud Identity Services Engineer to implement, maintain and manage daily operations of our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, identity management, a passion for technology, and a commitment to staying current with the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities: - Develop, and deploy cloud-based systems on Azure and other cloud platforms.
- Ensure efficient functioning of storage and processing in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Manage Active Directory Certificate Services and Entra ID privileged identity management
- Manage Entra B2b and B2C and Microsoft Entra Connect
- Collaborate with architect and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
- Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Manage and deploy Active Directory and Entra ID solutions.
- Manage and maintain SSO solutions in ADFS and Azure.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory and identity solutions.
- Manage Identity lifecycle.
- Provide cloud support and make recommendations based on client needs.
- Provide support for cloud security solutions.
- Provide operations and ticketing support.
What you must have: - 5+ years' experience with:
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure Networking, Storage, Virtual Machine technologies
- Azure Defender and Microsoft Defender platform
- Entra ID, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access.
- Active Directory, Group Policies and DNS
- 2+ years' experience managing Entra ID privileged identity management, Entra B2b and B2C and Microsoft Entra Connect
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.)
What we would like you to have: - Bachelor's degree
- M365 experience across most products.
- Microsoft Certifications related to Azure Identity, such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$108,476.00 - $184,409.00
