Description

YouLend is a leading global embedded finance platform enabling some of the world's most innovative e-commerce, payments, and technology companies to offer fast, flexible funding to their merchants. As we continue our rapid expansion across the US, we're looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing Atlanta team.

In this role, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, driving performance, operational excellence, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll coach and support team members, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure departmental goals are achieved while delivering an exceptional experience for our merchant partners. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact at one of the world's fastest-growing fintech companies, working alongside global partners including Amazon, eBay, Stripe, Grubhub, and Shift4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Provide guidance and support on escalations, complex cases, and day-to-day operational challenges. Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and quality standards.
  • Drive accountability by setting clear expectations and following up on commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, processes, and customer outcomes. Deliver regular reporting on team performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans to strengthen team capability.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement.
