Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for CAT Controllers and other Hayward Commercial products via phone, email, and in person.
  • Conduct technical trainings for commercial customers, partners, and internal staff - both in-person and online.
  • Manage and maintain the Commercial Training Hub facility in Atlanta, ensuring it is prepared for product demonstrations, classes, and hands-on training.
  • Assist with troubleshooting water chemistry issues related to pH, ORP, and sanitization on commercial pools using CAT Controllers.
  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Support the Commercial Aquatics sales and service teams with technical product knowledge and field support when needed.
  • Participate in conferences and customer site visits as required.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and advancements in pool chemistry control technology.

Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of swimming pool water chemistry, including ORP, and other key water balance parameters.
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
  • Previous experience with CAT Controllers, or similar automated pool water chemistry control systems, is highly desirable.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills - comfortable leading training sessions for groups of various sizes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset with ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage training schedules and resources.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for off-site trainings, trade shows, and customer support.
