Contract Duration: 9 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, PBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA, SoD).
  • Experience with the following OIM connectors:
  • Active Directory / LDAP
  • RACF connectors
  • SQL / databases
  • WebLogic Server
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
  • Experience in OIM/SOA/Weblogic suite upgrade from 12c to 14c
  • Perform OIM migration across VM's and Datacenters
  • Implement and manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) across enterprise systems.
  • Configure and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation.
  • Integrate OIM with Active Directory, RACF, HR systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance frameworks.
  • Enforce security policies, including password management and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning in OIM/WebLogic environments.
  • Support audit, compliance, and certification processes (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Work with business, security, and application teams to define access requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IAM architecture, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, production environments
  • Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration
