Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

We are hiring an experienced Process Consultant with strong expertise in Life Insurance operations, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and AI-driven transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who can assess business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive AI-enabled operational transformation across the Life Insurance value chain.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Life Insurance operations, Process Consulting, Business Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Lean Six Sigma, and AI/Generative AI strategy, while working closely with business leaders and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current-state business processes across Life Insurance operations.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, operational risks, and automation opportunities.
• Design future-state operating models and process transformation roadmaps.
• Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide Life Insurance domain expertise across New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Customer Service, and Agent/Broker Operations.
• Identify AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Intelligent Automation opportunities.
• Develop AI use cases and business cases aligned with operational objectives.
• Partner with business and technology teams to implement AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Establish process governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, RPA, and process optimization initiatives.
• Present transformation recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Process Consulting, Business Process Transformation, Operations Consulting, or Process Excellence.
• 5+ years of experience within the Life Insurance industry.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and operational transformation.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, and Process Mining.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance operations including Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Lean Six Sigma certification or Process Excellence background.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Consulting experience within Insurance organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and change management.
