Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CMDB & ServiceNow/ TSM Lead with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Telecom Service Management (TSM), enterprise data architecture, and system integrations.
· Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, configuration, and implementation.
· Deep knowledge of Telecom Service Management (TSM) and telecommunications service-management processes.
· Experience working on at least one telecommunications project.
· Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
· Experience with CMDB data models, CI relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, and CSDM.
· Strong relational database knowledge, SQL optimization, data modeling, and data reconciliation.
· Experience integrating ServiceNow with OSS/BSS platforms, inventory systems, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications.
