Ariba Solution Architect - S2P

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Specialist to spearhead the evolution of our global SAP Ariba ecosystem. In this role, you won''''''''t just support a platform; you will own the technical architecture and functional roadmap for our Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Sourcing suites. You will be the bridge between complex business requirements and high-performance technical execution, ensuring our global procurement operations remain seamless and scalable.

Core Responsibilities

• Platform Orchestration: Serve as the primary technical and functional authority for the SAP Ariba environment, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of new feature deployments.

• Integration Architecture: Architect and maintain robust connections between Customer systems and the Ariba Network, utilizing CIG, cXML, and EDI protocols.

• SCC Ecosystem Management: Drive excellence within Ariba SCC modules, specifically focusing on PO Collaboration, Forecast Sharing, Quality Management, and SMI.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor data traffic and B2B integrations; identify, investigate, and resolve message failures to minimize business disruption.

• Strategic SME: Act as a consultant to internal business units, advocating for Cloud Service adoption and making critical design decisions for system configurations.

• Release & Upgrade Oversight: Manage the deployment of Ariba system notifications and coordinate S/4HANA Add-on upgrades to ensure version compatibility.

What We Are Looking For

• The Techno-Functional Edge: You possess the rare ability to configure SAP Ariba while understanding the downstream business impact on Sourcing, Procurement, and AP.

• Supply Chain Expertise: A deep understanding of how Ariba SCC interacts with SAP IBP and S/4HANA landscapes.

• Agile Proficiency: Comfortable operating within a Scrum/Agile framework using tools like JIRA to track enhancements and defects.

• Global Collaborator: Proven experience navigating a complex, matrixed global organization and managing relationships with SAP Ariba Customer Support.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Ariba SCC, Sourcing, Contracts, and Spend Analytics.

• 5+ Years of core SAP ERP experience, specifically in the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Supply Chain cycles.

• Expert-level knowledge of CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) mapping and technical customizing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or supply chain discipline (Computer Science, Operations, or Business).

• SAP Ariba Certification is a significant advantage.
