Full Stack Developer – AI Enabled Applications
Location: Woodlawn, MD – 5 Days Onsite

Important Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days per week.
- F2F interview required.
- Visa: All visa types are acceptable except OPT and CPT. H-1B candidates are acceptable, subject to Public Trust eligibility.
Required Technical Skills
- Full Stack Development: 5+ years of experience.
- Python: 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Frontend: JavaScript, Node.js, React, and/or Angular.
- Cloud: Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS.
- AI/GenAI: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Backend: REST APIs and Microservices, preferably with Python.
- Containers: Docker and/or OpenShift.
- DevOps: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development.
AI & Cloud Experience
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI APIs and AI/ML services.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and RAG data ingestion.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock is highly desirable.
- Experience deploying GenAI applications into production on Azure.
- Knowledge of Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Databricks, and Synapse is a plus.
- Understanding of AI security, privacy, responsible/ethical AI, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end AI-enabled applications and production PoCs.
- Develop and integrate both front-end and back-end application components.
- Integrate Generative AI models, APIs, and cloud AI services into enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable Python-based REST APIs and microservices.
- Design and implement RAG solutions and data ingestion workflows.
- Build secure and scalable cloud-native applications using Azure and/or AWS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD and cloud deployment pipelines.
- Perform application testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, UX designers, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to define and deliver GenAI use cases.
- Follow best practices for security, privacy, compliance, scalability, and maintainability.
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience, OR
- 13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
