Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading and managing a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. Identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.

3. Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.

4. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to align engineering projects with business objectives.

5. Providing technical guidance and expertise to your team, encouraging professional growth and development.

6. Ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.

7. Implementing and managing budgetary and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications would be an advantage.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry.

3. Proven experience in identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving team success.

5. Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and apply new technologies.

6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

9. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

10. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
