Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Engineer / Technical Specialist with strong expertise in test planning, design, execution, and reporting using industry-standard testing tools and methodologies. The candidate will ensure that new and enhanced systems, including interfaces, function as expected and meet business requirements.

Typical deliverables include test strategies, test plans, test cases, test reports, and quality metrics. The role involves working in customer-facing environments supporting implementation, integration, and quality assurance initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA, JIRA, and Zephyr testing tools
• Strong manual testing experience on Mainframe systems
• API testing experience using Postman
• Experience with Mainframe technologies including DB2, JCL, and COBOL
• Exposure to Java and Kafka-based environments
• Hospitality domain experience, especially enterprise partner integrations involving batch processing and real-time APIs
