This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM.
ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4?5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
As a Set-Up Technician, you?ll help keep our production equipment running smoothly by assembling, disassembling, and maintaining machines for each job. You?ll support line setup, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with operators and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient production. Your mechanical know-how and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love ? with care and consistency.
