Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support, configure, and optimize SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions that support financial operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
Configure and support SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions
Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Collaborate remotely with cross-functional and global teams
Prepare functional specifications and assist technical teams with developments
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience with SAP system configuration and customization
Knowledge of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
