Job Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP SCM Archiving Consultants for a long-term onsite engagement within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is part of an ongoing SAP Data Archiving program (Wave 5), focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within SAP ECC.

This is a multi-year opportunity with significant follow-on project work in the SCM space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Data Archiving initiatives for SCM modules:

  • Production Planning (PP)

  • Quality Management (QM)

  • Warehouse Management (WM)

  • Inventory Management (IM)

• Work extensively with SAP archiving objects and data lifecycle management

• Support transition to OpenText IOM (Information Lifecycle Management platform)

• Add and validate new transactions as part of archiving strategy

• Ensure compliance with document retention, audit, and regulatory standards

• Work with high-volume data sets including:

  • Master Data

  • Batch Records

  • PI Sheets

• Collaborate with cross-functional SCM and plant teams

• Support go-live activities and ongoing SCM project pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Strong SAP ECC experience in PP, QM, and WM (IM preferred)

• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Archiving and/or ILM

• Comfortable working in data-heavy environments

• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, etc.)

• Understanding of SDLC in validated environments (GxP, compliance-driven documentation)

• Ability to work onsite

• Must be able to work on W2

Nice to Have

• Exposure to APO

• Infor integration experience

• Experience with OpenText IOM

• Prior experience supporting manufacturing plant or warehouse expansions

• SAP ECC environment; S/4 transformation planned in future phase
