Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building predictive models, data pipelines, NLP applications, and AI-driven business solutions.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles.
Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, or Agentic AI.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for business use cases.
Build data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model monitoring solutions.
Implement NLP, Generative AI, and predictive analytics applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Preferred:
Experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Vector Databases, and LLMOps.
Prior experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail, or Technology domains.
