Integration DevOps Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client who is looking for an Integration DevOps Lead in Dallas, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration DevOps Lead to drive enterprise integration platform operations, automation, and continuous delivery initiatives. This role will lead the design, implementation, and support of scalable integration solutions while ensuring the stability and performance of both production and non-production environments.

This position plays a critical role in modernizing DevOps capabilities, enabling CI/CD pipelines, and supporting large-scale integration ecosystems across multiple business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead administration and support of enterprise integration platforms across environments
* Drive automation of deployment, configuration, and infrastructure processes
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and data deployments
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
* Manage platform security, access controls, and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams
* Support incident response and ongoing platform optimization
* Maintain documentation and improve operational processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in DevOps or platform engineering roles
* Strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms (TIBCO experience highly preferred)
* Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
* Hands-on experience with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, SVN)
* Scripting experience (Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar)
* Experience with SQL and database environments
* Proven ability to manage and support large-scale integration environments
* Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
* Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
* Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and have an ability to remain calm in the face of uncertainty and stress

Nice to Have:
* Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Mashery)
* Performance testing experience (e.g., JMeter)
* Background in large-scale system integrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
