Job Title: Tufin Security Engineer

Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
  • The Tufin Security Engineer will be responsible for administering and managing the Tufin Security Suite while overseeing the full firewall policy lifecycle across enterprise environments.
  • This role involves risk analysis, compliance reporting, automation of policy workflows, and integration with enterprise firewalls.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network security, firewall management, and Tufin platforms, along with experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tufin Security Suite (SecureTrack, SecureChange, SecureApp).
  • Experience managing firewall policy lifecycle including request, approval, implementation, and cleanup.
  • Strong understanding of network security, routing, and access control.
  • Experience working with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, and Cisco.
  • Experience with Linux server administration.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for policy violations, connectivity, and topology issues.
Experience:
  • Minimum seven years of experience in network security or security operations roles.
  • Experience performing risk assessments, compliance checks, and audit reporting.
  • Experience integrating Tufin with enterprise firewall environments.
  • Experience supporting internal and external security audits.
  • Experience automating workflows and change management processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Tufin SecureTrack, SecureChange, and SecureApp.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end firewall policy lifecycle.
  • Perform risk analysis, compliance validation, and audit reporting using Tufin tools.
  • Integrate and support Tufin with enterprise firewall platforms.
  • Automate policy workflows and change management processes.
  • Troubleshoot firewall policy issues, connectivity problems, and network topology challenges.
  • Ensure continuous policy optimization, rule recertification, and risk reduction.
  • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to enable secure access.
  • Support regulatory compliance and internal/external audit activities.
  • Maintain documentation and coordinate with stakeholders on security processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with scripting or automation using Python or APIs.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise network environments.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Skills:
  • Tufin Security Suite administration.
  • Firewall policy management and optimization.
  • Network security and access control.
  • Risk assessment and compliance reporting.
  • Automation and workflow management.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience in network security or firewall management may be considered.
