Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise application architectures using modern software development practices.
- Define technical standards, architecture patterns, coding guidelines, and best practices to support enterprise application development.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring development teams, reviewing code, supporting application delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in software architecture and technical leadership for enterprise application development.

|
Technical Skills
|
.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, Microservices Architecture, SQL Server, DevOps, CI/CD
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, System Design, Agile Development, Stakeholder Collaboration, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing cloud-native, distributed enterprise applications and implementing DevOps best practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
