  • Partner with engineering, application, and security teams to define remediation strategies
  • Track progress against SLAs and escalate risks, delays, or blockers when necessary
  • Engage vendors and SMEs to address complex or systemic vulnerabilities
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to stakeholders, including leadership
  • Validate remediation plans by asking probing questions and challenging inconsistencies
  • Support lifecycle risk management, including end-of-support technology remediation
  • Contribute to improving processes, governance, and reporting frameworks
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Information Security
    • Infrastructure Technology
    • OR related technical environment
  • Experience with vulnerability management or remediation coordination
  • Cyber security experience in Incident Response, Change Management, or Operations strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure:
    • Servers, OS, cloud, networking environments
  • Experience working with vulnerability/security tools (e.g., Qualys, Aqua, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact directly with leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Technical & Tools Expertise

  • Strong Excel skills required:
    • Data manipulation
    • Sorting/filtering large datasets
