Overview
We are seeking a skilled CW Software Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to support our Finance & HR Modernization project. In this role, you will contribute to critical database-related tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity for enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases to support finance and HR modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot database issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Perform data querying, analysis, and reporting using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure high availability and performance of database systems during project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong emphasis on database development and management.
• SQL Database experience (MUST HAVE): Proven expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Oracle Database (strongly preferred): Hands-on experience with Oracle environments, including administration and optimization.
• TOAD (strongly preferred): Proficiency in using TOAD for database development, testing, and debugging.
