Summary
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
- Service orders
- Contracts and subscriptions
- Billing and revenue integration
- Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi component service offerings (e.g., product + service bundles, subscription based services, usage based services).
- Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit to standard analysis, and identify gaps.
- Evaluate alternatives to workflow based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment with cross functional processes, including:
- Finance, Revenue recognition
- SD / Order Management
- Digital payments and invoicing
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios.
- Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution.
- Support cutover, go live, and post go live stabilization activities.
- Produce high quality documentation, including:
- Functional Design Specifications
- Process flow diagrams
