Power BI dashboards UAT & enablement

Role Summary

Turns the pilot's data into decisions builds the Power BI reporting and semantic models, runs UAT, and creates the enablement materials for handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & dashboards. Build Power BI dashboards, analytical views, and KPI scorecards aligned to a single source of truth.
• Semantic modeling. Build well-structured semantic models over the Medallion gold layer with consistent definitions.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing with business and technical stakeholders.
• Produce quick-reference guides, training, and operational handover materials.

Minimum Qualifications (MQ)

• 4+ years building Power BI solutions in production.
• Strong DAX and semantic-model design; KPI/definition alignment across stakeholders.
• Experience running UAT through to signed-off deliverables.
• Able to produce clear enablement materials for mixed audiences.

Desired Qualifications (DQ)

• Power BI / Fabric certification.
• Self-service analytics enablement and governance experience.
• Transit or public-sector reporting experience.
