We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager who will also function as a Scrum Master, driving execution across a large-scale program. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a dynamic Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies
Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
Define project scope and ensure alignment with objectives
Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners
Lead meetings, set agendas, and track action items
Maintain documentation in Azure DevOps and collaboration tools
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices
Support large program coordination involving multiple teams
Team Environment:
Work closely with a team of 10–15 members
Collaborate across a broader program involving 100+ stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
10 - 12 years of Project/Program Management experience
Required Skills:
Strong experience with SharePoint (site creation and management)
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow creation
Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools
Experience creating training materials, process guides, or job aids
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile frameworks
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics
