Technical Project Manager with Data Engineer & AI/ML Background

Need 2 profiles today for Technical Project Manager with data engineer Background consultant and AI 3 years experience

TechM Client note for PM role - We need PM who is from Data engineering Al/ML background as this is PM for Al role ---Minimum 3 Years AI experience

Some must have skills is

Data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch)

Exposure to tools: Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka (at least conceptual)

Al/ML lifecycle:

* Data ingestion Feature engineering → Model training Deployment → Monitoring

GenAl basics (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, vector DBs)

Understanding of Semicon, RF systems, test validation reliability would be great add on

Person should have convert vague engineering problems into:

* Data requirements

* Al models

* Measurable KPIs

* Measurable KPIs

Agile and Scrum skills will be imp

PM should know

* Data quality frameworks

* Security / IP sensitivity (critical in semicon).

* Model governance (bias, drift, compliance).

Qualifications

* Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in a related field

* 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in Al, machine learning, or data analytics domains.

* Strong understanding of Al/ML concepts, and software development life cycle.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agil environment.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and MLOps to is a plus.

* Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification is desirat
