Location: Newark, CA (Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex initiatives while overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs from initiation through closure.

Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

Develop and maintain integrated program plans and roadmaps.

Manage multiple project workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.

Drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and vendors.

Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.

Monitor program performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.

Drive organizational transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.

Implement Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
