Role Summary

• We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultant / Solution Architect with strong functional and technical expertise in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise SPM solutions.
• The candidate should be capable of leading architecture discussions, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end SPM implementations.

Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow SPM Expertise

Deep expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Strong understanding of:

• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Portfolio Management
• Resource Management
• Application Portfolio Management (APM)

Experience designing and configuring SPM dashboards and reporting solutions.

Financial Management

Hands-on experience with SPM Financial Management modules including:

• Investments
• Expenses
• Depreciation
• Budget planning and tracking

Candidate should understand both functional processes and platform configuration aspects.

Implementation Experience

• Experience leading or supporting ServiceNow SPM implementations
• Experience in greenfield implementations and platform transformations
• Knowledge of implementation best practices, governance models, and adoption strategies
• Ability to advise on solution architecture and platform design decisions.

Integration Knowledge

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Understanding of external data ingestion into SPM
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations is preferred.

ServiceNow Platform Skills

• ServiceNow platform architecture
• Workflow/Flow Designer
• Reporting and Analytics
• Dashboard Design
• CMDB/CSDM awareness
• ITSM integration with SPM processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI use cases within ServiceNow
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workflow scenarios
• Experience working with Agile delivery models
• Stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience

• Senior-level candidate with proven experience in ServiceNow SPM implementations
• Experience interacting with business leaders, portfolio managers, PMOs, and platform teams
• Ability to drive workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and architecture reviews.

Nice-to-Have Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM/ITBM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architecture experience
