Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
· Administer and support Firco Continuity across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
· Perform platform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations (V5 to V6).
· Manage production support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
· Execute deployments, release management, environment validation, and post-release support.
· Configure and maintain screening workflows, routing, queues, topics, and platform components.
· Monitor platform health, performance, stability, and availability.
· Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams.
Mandatory Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with Firco Continuity platform administration and support.
· Experience with Firco Continuity V5 to V6 upgrades and migration projects.
· Proven experience in production support and platform operations.
· Expertise in platform configuration, deployments, and release management.
· Strong knowledge of IBM MQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.
· Good understanding of AML, sanctions screening, and compliance processes.
Preferred Skills
· AWS and cloud-native deployments.
· CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
· Experience supporting high-volume transaction screening platforms
