Position SummaryManager, Data Science responsible for leading advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization initiatives that support business decision-making. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable data science solutions, translate complex analyses into actionable insights, and drive measurable business value through data-driven strategies.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years Experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or a related field.
- Experience leading analytics projects from concept through implementation.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to business audiences.
- Experience collaborating across business, technology, and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in retail, supply chain, inventory optimization, forecasting, or merchandising analytics.
- Experience managing or mentoring data scientists and analysts.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms and large-scale data environments.
- Experience deploying predictive models into production environments.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline required.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field preferred.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
