Position: Business Process Analyst (BPA)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK – Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview: 1 Round – In-Person
Need local candidate
Contract: SW1025
The role is focused on business process analysis, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, workflow/process mapping, SOP documentation, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, data analysis, and organizational transformation.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement experience
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma
- Experience creating current-state/future-state process maps and workflows
- Strong SOP and process documentation experience
- Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Exposure to change management, strategic initiatives, or organizational transformation
- State government, healthcare, public health, finance, or regulated-environment experience is highly preferred
- MBA/MHA and relevant certifications are a plus
