Bring your expertise in IVR scripting, Dialog , and conversational AI to help us elevate our digital customer experience. Looking for minimum 10+ years experience with good AI development work.
A Five9 Developer/Lead specializes in designing, configuring, and maintaining cloud contact center solutions, specifically focusing on IVR call flows, ACD, and routing logic within the Five9 Virtual Contact Center (VCC) platform. They integrate Five9 with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) using APIs, write JavaScript-based scripts, and optimize performance for, contact centers.
Key Responsibilities
- IVR & Routing Design: Develop, test, and implement complex IVR scripts, call routing, and skills-based routing rules.
- System Configuration: Configure campaigns (inbound/outbound/blended), ACD, voicemail, and agent desktop configurations.
- API & CRM Integration: Utilize Five9 REST APIs to integrate the platform with external CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) for data dips and screen pops.
- Scripting & Optimization: Create JavaScript-based scripts for call handling, automation, and data validation.
- Reporting & Support: Customize dashboards for KPIs (AHT, SLA, ASA), and troubleshoot production issues.
