Summary

Cloud Operations L3 – Onsite Requirement

 

Key Skills Required:

 

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) cloud operations.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud migration projects (On-Prem to Cloud).
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
  • Experience in Active Directory (AD) administration and identity management.
  • Mid-level understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  • Experience in automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to handle L3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in team coordination and stakeholder management.
