Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AuditBoard Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of AuditBoard. This role requires a strong background in Internal Audit, SOX, and Risk Management, along with hands-on system configuration and SaaS implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will act as both Functional Lead and Project Manager to ensure a successful implementation and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle implementation of AuditBoard modules:

SOX

OpsAudit

Risk

Translate audit and compliance requirements into scalable workflows

Configure:

Custom fields

Workflows

Dashboards

Reports

Develop project plans, timelines, and track milestones

Manage stakeholders and provide weekly status reporting

Coordinate UAT and Go-Live activities

Develop and deliver user training and enablement

Provide post-Go-Live stabilization support

Required Qualifications

Former or current Internal Audit / SOX / Risk professional

Proven hands-on AuditBoard implementation experience

Strong understanding of SOX compliance lifecycle

Experience leading SaaS implementations end-to-end

Strong stakeholder and project management skills
