**Role:** Senior Product Support Engineer
**Location:** Remote – Continental US
**Employment:** Full-Time
**Experience:** 8–12+ Years

**Key skills we're looking for:**
• VxWorks / Wind River Linux / Embedded Linux
• C/C++ and Python
• Linux Kernel, BSPs, Device Drivers, RTOS
• Kubernetes, OpenStack, Containers & Virtualization
• TCP/IP, Routing, Multicast & Network Troubleshooting
• Complex Technical Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
• Customer-facing support and escalation management

Experience with **Wind River products, WRCP, HVP, or Simics** is a strong plus.
