Job Description

Oracle Health is seeking a Senior Systems Implementation Analyst to support the deployment and optimization of innovative healthcare technology solutions, including AI-enabled products. In this role, you will partner with clients, product teams, engineering, and operations stakeholders to implement solutions that improve healthcare workflows, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong implementation experience, product knowledge, and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Product Implementation & Configuration
Lead implementation activities for Oracle Health products and AI-driven solutions.
Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
Configure, test, and optimize applications to meet customer and business objectives.
Support data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
Participate in post-go-live support and continuous optimization efforts.

Customer & Business Partnership
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and desired outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor during implementation, providing guidance on best practices and solution adoption.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative technology solutions.
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and stakeholder reviews.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing plans.
Validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues and risks.
Support automation and AI-driven approaches to improve testing and deployment efficiency.

Project Leadership & Execution
Independently manage assigned workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones.
Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and proactively address risks or blockers.
Collaborate across product, engineering, client services, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to implementation standards, documentation, and best practices.

AI & Innovation
Support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI capabilities to improve workflows and customer outcomes.
Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback that informs future product enhancements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in systems implementation, healthcare technology, product delivery, project management, or related disciplines.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with software implementation lifecycle methodologies, testing, and deployment activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Health solutions, including Revenue Cycle, RevElate, Soarian Financials, Millennium, or related healthcare applications.
Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization solutions.
Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, clinical workflows, or healthcare data management.
Experience working in cloud-based environments and modern healthcare technology ecosystems.
Project leadership experience in complex, cross-functional implementations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $80,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
