MSquare Systems is looking for qualified individuals to serve as an Industry Al Consultant for its CLIENT’s Career and Technical Education Data Science and Al programming. The selected consultant will support the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, industry-aligned artificial intelligence (Al) curriculum and instructional resources that prepare students for postsecondary education and emerging workforce opportunities.
The Industry Al Consultant will collaborate closely with leadership and educators, to establish postsecondary and industry partnerships, as well as create specialized coursework, mentorship programs, Al lab infrastructure and work-force development pipelines related to the Data Science and Al CTE program.
This engagement is focused on implementation readiness. The selected consultant will be expected to:
1. Rapidly assimilate existing District level policies and
2. Conduct in depth educational policy and credentials standards (national, regional, and local) with a prioritized work-plan, and
3. Deliver a 4-year program curriculum aligned with nationally recognized standards, partnership/WBL enablement supports, and Al lab feasibility/design scoping sufficient for Fall 2026 launch planning.
The consultant will be expected to complete the following tasks:

Consultant Qualifications
• Demonstrated background in Artificial Intelligence (Al), as an industry consultant and/or developer/operator, including applied use of, and exposure to intersecting tech areas, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering an implementation-ready CTE (k-12) education program on a compressed timeline.
• Demonstrated experience with various Al orchestration tools and services, Prompt Engineering, Rubric Design.
• Previous direct development and/or consulting experience with Al systems
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-stakeholder partnerships {district leaders, educators, and industry) with documented outputs.
• Demonstrated industry experience as an operator and consultant with exposure to two or more technology areas that intersect with Al such as, Mixed Reality, Healthcare IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Vision.
• Experience designing Al infrastructure to provide safeguards for regulated industries.
• Proven experience in CTE program design
• Experience working with K-12 education systems, preferably within CTE
• Knowledge of workforce development, industry trends, and postsecondary pathways related to Al and technology
• A proven commitment to student centered learning, equitable systems, and culturally responsive pedagogy.
