Required Qualifications:

5+ Years V6+ Rhapsody Integration Engine
5+ years Symphonia Mapping Language (SML)
5+ YEARS HL7 (SUCH AS V 2.3.1 - 2.5.1; ORU & ORM MESSAGE TYPES)
2+ YEARS XML / XSD / XPATH
3+ years SQL Advanced Join Statements
5+ years of JavaScript
2+ years SOAP Web Services

Preferred Qualifications:

Windows OS Server Administration
Public Health / Disease Surveillance Systems / LIMS experience
Excel / VBA Macros / Automate & Flow
LOINC / SNOMED
DEVOPS / JIRA
REDCAP
FASTQ Files and demultiplexing

Required Education/Certification

Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
