We are looking for AI Support Engineer for our client in Nashville, TN

Job Title: AI Support Engineer

Job Location: Nashville, TN

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Provide operational support for enterprise AI platforms to ensure stability, performance, availability, and reliability of AI and machine learning workloads.
Collaborate with architecture, middleware, and development teams to support AI systems and services.
Monitor AI workloads for latency, usage, errors, and model performance.
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AI services and frameworks.
Maintain operational documentation including runbooks and knowledge resources.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day operational support for AI platforms and services.
Perform incident triage and resolution related to AI APIs, model serving, pipelines, and data flows.
Monitor system health, performance, quality, and cost of AI workloads.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
Support deployment and configuration of AI services and agent frameworks.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Maintain and update runbooks, FAQs, and operational documentation.

Skills:

Strong understanding of AI and machine learning platforms and workflows.
Experience with cloud-native environments and container orchestration.
Proficiency in Python scripting.
Knowledge of APIs and data pipelines.
Experience monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience:

8 10 years of experience in application or platform support with exposure to AI/ML environments.

Should Have:

Experience with AI platforms and large language model-based applications.
Experience with retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and AI APIs.
Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
