Senior Enablement Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth initiatives within our organization. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to support our Community Engagement team and make a significant impact on our host community.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and assess enablement programs for Community Growth and Engagement teams.
• Create and deliver onboarding and training programs for global teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design educational content for ongoing training.
• Build a toolkit of materials, including eLearning modules, guides, and templates to support initiatives.
• Manage the content management system for Community Managers and oversee program documentation.
• Gather feedback from field teams to continuously refine the enablement strategy.
• Communicate program progress and future plans effectively to stakeholders.

Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in operations, sales, or enablement roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• A minimum of 3 years in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design.
• Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio showcasing effective content creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong partnerships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in community management and operations.
• Familiarity with various go-to-market strategies and sales methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and GSuite; experience with Highspot is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
