We are looking for an experienced Databricks Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks architecture, Spark, cloud platforms, governance, and platform engineering. The ideal consultant should have hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale data workloads and enabling engineering teams through automation, CI/CD, and best practices.

🔹 Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Data/Platform Engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Databricks experience
• Strong Apache Spark knowledge
• Experience with Azure (preferred) / AWS / Google Cloud Platform
• Delta Lake & Data Lake Architecture
• Unity Catalog, RBAC, Governance & Security
• CI/CD, DevOps & Terraform
• Batch & Streaming Frameworks
• Integration with APIs, Power BI, orchestration tools

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Databricks platform architecture & optimization
• Cluster management & workspace setup
• Platform scalability, reliability & cost optimization
• Developer enablement & troubleshooting
• Governance, compliance & monitoring
• Automation, provisioning & operational excellence
