Technical consultant – payments SME NYC/ NY/NC

Must have experience:
- Payments domain: Account-to-account and / or cards
- Cloud technology: Working in leading cloud environments (i.e. Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Customer interaction: Remote or in person
- Functional support : Configuring payment solutions, reproducing issues, investigating, driving root cause analysis, documenting findings
- Solution deployment support: Deploying pipelines, troubleshooting deployment issues
- Scripting experience: Able to write and adapt scripts independently
Nice to have experience:
· Development / coding experience: Able to identify and fix software issues
· Onsite support: Work face to face with a client, in their environment
· NFR support: Support performance testing, disaster recovery, load balancing or equivalent NFR validation
· ISO 20022: Familiar with ISO 20022 standards
