Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving and innovative organization in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining our manufacturing processes and equipment. They will utilize their knowledge and skills in Solidworks, 3D CAD Design, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and AutoCAD to increase efficiency and profitability while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
2. Utilize 3D CAD design software, such as Solidworks and AutoCAD, to design, test, and implement production layouts and manufacturing equipment.
3. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve productivity, and promote efficiency in all manufacturing operations.
4. Collaborate with design engineers to optimize product design and manufacturability.
5. Lead Process Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to achieve optimal production efficiency.
6. Coordinate with other engineers, management, and production personnel throughout project development and implementation.
7. Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
8. Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proficient in Solidworks, 3D CAD Design, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and AutoCAD.
4. Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Process Improvement initiatives.
5. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
