Qualifications

5+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, project management, or PMO operations within a technical or cloud infrastructure environment.
Proven experience generating enterprise status reports and building dashboards within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) framework.
Advanced proficiency in configuring and administering enterprise tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and reporting platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex project data into concise, structured communications for executive audiences.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail across large-scale datasets.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Smartsheet Certified Practitioner, CAPM) are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
